• check We do not access your server files. Your deployed servers are your own. We do not read, modify, or monitor the contents of your servers beyond what is necessary for provisioning and network connectivity.

We believe in minimal, transparent tracking practices.

• check Essential cookies: We use cookies strictly for authentication purposes, including JWT session tokens that keep you logged in securely.
• check No third-party advertising trackers: We do not use Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising tracking scripts. Your browsing data is never shared with ad networks.
• check Basic analytics: We collect anonymized usage analytics solely for the purpose of improving the service, such as understanding which features are most used and identifying performance issues.

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party providers to deliver our services:

• check Cloud providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the servers you deploy. Your server region choice determines which datacenter facilities are used.
• check Payment processors: Billing and payment transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• check We do not sell your data to third parties. Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to any external company for marketing or any other purpose.

We retain your data only as long as it is necessary to provide our services:

• check Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. If you do not log in for an extended period, we may reach out before taking any action on your account.
• check Server data is deleted when a server is terminated. Once you destroy a server, all associated data on that server is permanently removed from the cloud provider.
• check Full account deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
